These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TaleStitch application, websites, and related services ("Service"). They apply to all existing and new users. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Beta Disclaimer
The TaleStitch app is currently in beta and remains a work in progress. Features, interfaces, and outputs may change at any time. Because this is pre-release software, you may experience bugs, issues, or other unexpected behavior. Content generated by the app is a direct result of your prompts and interactions, and is provided “as is” without warranties.
Reporting Bugs and Feedback
Your feedback accelerates improvements. While optional, we appreciate any bug reports or product suggestions you choose to share. Please email feedback to bugs@talestitch.com so we can enhance reliability and performance.
Terms of Use
By using the Service you acknowledge and accept the practice of cookies and other tracking technologies described in our Privacy Policy. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, to refrain from misusing automated features, and to only upload content you have the rights to share. We may suspend or terminate access if we detect abuse, security threats, or violations of these Terms.
Accounts and Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Data Usage
Data handling practices—including what we collect, how it is processed, and with whom it may be shared—are fully documented in the Privacy Policy. By using the Service you consent to those practices and acknowledge that TaleStitch may use your information to operate, improve, and market the Service as outlined there.
User-Generated Content
You grant TaleStitch a worldwide, non exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, and display content you submit for the limited purpose of operating and improving the Service. Some prompts, comments, or engagement features may be automated to augment the experience. The Service may display automated or synthetic interactions, including comments or reactions generated by system controlled profiles. Do not submit content that infringes intellectual property, violates law, or contains harmful code.
Privacy and Security
We prioritize the security of your data and implement robust safeguards consistent with industry practices. However, no system is entirely risk-free. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, protect, and share information, and contact support if you have any concerns.
Service Changes and Availability
Because TaleStitch is actively evolving, we may modify, suspend, or discontinue features without notice. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from such changes, nor for downtime, data loss, or other issues caused by maintenance, updates, or unforeseen outages.
Credits and Refunds
Credits or balances purchased within TaleStitch expire six (6) months after the purchase date if unused. All credit purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TaleStitch will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Karnataka, India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located within that jurisdiction.
